Your lift, relative to you.

Relative strength is the load lifted divided by bodyweight, with both in the same unit. A 100 kg lift at 80 kg bodyweight is 1.25× bodyweight. Switching units preserves that relationship.

Enter a tested or estimated one-rep max for each lift you want to compare. The squat, bench press, and deadlift total appears once all three are entered; overhead press is shown separately.

A ratio is not a percentile.

This describes your own lifts. It does not rank you against a population or adjust for age, sex, equipment, or lifting protocol. Use the benchmark comparison tool when you want that additional context.
