COMPARE · START WITH THE ATHLETE

Your training has a future.
Choose where it lives.

A workout logger. A program to follow. A coach in your corner. Start with what you need today—and what you want to keep building tomorrow.

WHAT ARE YOU CHOOSING?

A personal training record or a workspace for coaching a team. Start with your decision.

START WITH YOUR INDEPENDENCE

Your coach can leave.
You can keep training.

AthleticPeak starts with your own free athlete account. Coaching connects by permission. Your history and independent training continue when that relationship ends.

Compare the questions that matter beyond the next workout. A saved database, access to your history, and the freedom to log tomorrow’s session are different promises.

BEFORE YOU SWITCH

Bring the right questions.
Keep a copy of your work.

Can I export my Hevy history?

Yes. Hevy documents exports for workouts and measurements. In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Export & Import Data → Export Data, then save the file somewhere you control.

That gives you a copy to keep or review. It does not establish that another app can import every field.

Hevy’s official export instructions ↗
Can I take a copy of my TrainHeroic data?

Yes. TrainHeroic documents an athlete data export through its web account portal. The download is a ZIP containing CSV files, including training history such as exercises, sets, reps, and weights.

Exporting a copy and continuing to use the app are separate questions. Check the account-access comparison above as well.

TrainHeroic’s official athlete export instructions ↗
Will my old workouts automatically move into AthleticPeak Pro?

Do not assume automatic migration. Exporting from Hevy, Strong, or TrainHeroic does not by itself mean that AthleticPeak can import that file or preserve every exercise, date, unit, and note.

Keep your original export and confirm compatibility with us before relying on a transfer or deleting anything in your previous app. Your AthleticPeak account can begin a new training record without claiming that your old history has already moved.

Ask about your export before switching ↗
