General Population Strength Standards
Reference population: general population reference. Source age group: 24–34.
Strict one-repetition maximum with consistent full-range technique; raw/unequipped assumptions. Compare lift and body weight in the same unit.
Synthesized bodyweight-multiple estimates. True random-population 1RM data are sparse. Front Squat is derived primarily from approximately 80–85% of Back Squat; Power Clean and Front Squat evidence is sparse, and youth estimates are cautious.
Assumes strict form. No equipment or depth distinction beyond the stated assumptions. These are estimated percentile bands from source thresholds, not exact measured percentiles.

Know what your comparison means.
The reference-band view uses eight strength and jump tables from the app. Strength comparisons use one-rep-max bodyweight multiples. Estimated percentile bands are ranges from reference thresholds, not exact population rankings.
Performance standards use the app’s separate five-level tables. A standard level is not a percentile. Match the test protocol and units before comparing; these results do not establish competition eligibility or predict performance.
