A training record and a recruiting page serve different purposes. Here is what to know before your teen gets started.
AthleticPeak Pro is for athletes 13 and older. Minors need a parent or legal guardian’s consent and active supervision. Independent use requires being at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live. Review the Terms of Use together before starting.
No. The public athlete page is a selected view of accomplishments the athlete chooses to share; it is separate from the private training record. Review the page together before sharing its link. Treat anything published there as public, and leave out home addresses, private contact details and daily schedules.
An authorized coach can access permitted training results, assignments, schedules and explicitly shared coaching records. That is not unrestricted account access. Either person can end the coaching relationship; current relationship-based access ends, the conversation becomes read-only, and training history remains. Some historical coach-side records may remain. The Privacy Policy explains the boundaries.
The athlete’s account and completed training history stay with the athlete. They can continue training independently with a free athlete account. A coach’s paid workspace is separate from that account.
AthleticPeak Pro does not sell personal information or training data, or share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising. Athletes can export their training records and request account deletion. Some records may need a separate deletion request or be retained for legal, security or backup purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
